1. What are the check-in and check-out times?
✔ Check-in: From 1:00 PM
✔ Check-out: By 10:00 AM
✔ Early check-in / late check-out: Available upon request, depending on availability. Please contact us in advance.
2. How do I access the property?
✔ Option 1: Key handover by a staff member on-site.
✔ Option 2: Access via a key safe (code will be provided before arrival).
3. Is there free WiFi?
✔ Yes, free high-speed WiFi is available. The password can be found inside the accommodation, next to the router.
✔ If the internet is not working, try turning the router off and on again.
4. Is parking available?
✔ Yes, free parking is available directly in front of the property.
5. Are pets allowed?
✔ Pets are not allowed, unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.
6. Is smoking allowed inside the property?
✔ Smoking is not permitted indoors, but it is allowed on the terrace and outdoor areas.
7. How far is the property from major attractions?

🚣 Rafting on the Una River – Approx. 30 min by car

8. Are there shops and restaurants nearby?
✔ Yes, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés are within a 5-10 minute drive.
