📌 Terms & Conditions 

1. Booking & Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

• The remaining balance (50%) must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival.

• Payment is accepted via bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival → 100% refund

• Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival → 50% refund

• Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival → No refund

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: From 1:00 PM

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM

4. House Rules

• Smoking is not permitted indoors.

• Smoking is allowed outdoors, but cigarette butts must be properly disposed of. Please do not throw ashes or butts on the ground.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Quiet hours: Guests are kindly asked to reduce noise after 10:00 PM.

• The accommodation must be left clean. Guests are responsible for any damages caused.

• The maximum number of guests must not be exceeded.
